The Quiet Side of Business

For most of my career, I’ve been the person behind the scenes, inside the day-to-day of businesses, close enough to see how things really work. Not just the plans and the progress, but the pressure, the decisions behind the decisions, and all of the weight that comes with being the person everyone relies on.

I’ve seen how much founders carry and all of the responsibility that doesn’t just switch off at the end of the day.

Over time, I’ve noticed how much of this doesn’t really get talked about, and how many of the things that could help people feel calmer, clearer, and less alone in their business never get said out loud.

This space is my way of changing that, and if sharing more of this helps even one person feel better, or helps their business feel lighter to run, then it feels like the right reason to start.

This is a space for honest conversations about what it really means to run a business - the things founders think but don’t always say, the realities behind the scenes, and the pressure that becomes normal.

My hope is that this becomes more than something you read, and is a place where you can feel a little less alone in what you’re carrying.

I’ll be sharing bits from behind the scenes of supporting founders, along with the quieter insights and perspective shifts that can make business feel calmer and easier to carry. You’ll always be able to comment, and share your thoughts too, some of the most meaningful conversations start there.

This space is for founders and business owners who are used to being the steady one; making all the decisions, and holding all responsibility.
