What services do you offer?

I provide a wide range of services including email and calendar management, event planning, customer support, social media scheduling, research tasks, travel planning, and more. If you have a specific task in mind, please do ask!

How do I get started?

Just get in touch via the form on our website or email, and I will get in touch to discuss your needs. If you’re happy to proceed after that, I will send you our Booking Form and Terms of Business and then we’re ready to get started!

Is my information kept confidential?

Absolutely. I take data security and confidentiality seriously. I am registered with the ICO and comply with UK data protection laws. If you need to share any passwords, I always recommend using a password management tool. If the work I undertake requires the handling of personal data, I will provide you with a data processing agreement to complete and sign.

What are your pricing plans?

I offer flexible pricing based on your needs; ad-hoc or retainer options are available. For more details, you can contact me for a custom quote or visit the Pricing page.

How do I communicate with you?

I use Email, Zoom, WhatsApp and Google Workspace to stay in touch with clients. I also use Asana & Notion to track tasks and deadlines, making it easy to stay on top of what’s been completed and what’s still pending.

What hours do you work?

I work Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm (UK time).
